Wild herbs, mushrooms, fruits and nuts - we certify their collection from nature, together with the purchasing network. Bulgaria is among the leading countries in Europe in the collection of wild herbs.

The collection area

It must be described and mapped, and must not have been treated with unauthorised products for at least the last 3 years.

What we certify

Collection of wild herbs, mushrooms, forest fruits, rose hips, nuts and others, as well as their purchasing and primary processing.

Sustainability

Collection must not endanger the natural habitat or the maintenance of the species.

The network

The pickers are known and trained, and the purchasing points keep records of the quantities.

What is inspected

The collection areas, the evidence of no treatment, the purchasing points and the quantities per picker.

Price

Annual fee and an hourly rate for control. All prices are in our price list.

Private standards

KRAV verification and NOP certificates for export to the USA - particularly sought after for herbs.
