Certification process
The process described in a few steps - from the first call to the certificate.
Enquiry or application
You submit an application online or on paper and describe your activity.
Offer and contract
We calculate the price according to the price list and conclude a contract. You notify the MAF within 10 days.
Documents
You submit the annual production programme and the documents for your activity.
On-site inspection
The inspector walks through the site and checks the documentation against what they see.
Decision and certificate
The Certification Department takes the decision. The certificate is renewed every year.
Important
During certification you need to maintain a set of documents and records, which you keep carefully on your holding.

The general questions apply to every certification - how it starts, what a conversion period is, which documents are kept, what the price depends on. Together with those specific to each activity, they are all in one place.
