Art. 1. This Personal Data Policy, hereinafter referred to for short as the ‘Personal Data Policy’ , is intended to regulate the relations in the processing of personal data between BALKAN BIOCERT Ltd., hereinafter referred to for short as the ‘Provider’ , owner of the website:www.balkanbiocert.com , hereinafter referred to as the “Website” , and each of the users, hereinafter referred to as the “User/s” , of the Website, in connection with the User's use of the Website.

Art. 3. (1) The Provider, through the Website, collects, stores and processes personal data of the Users only in connection with its activity, in accordance with the requirements of applicable law and with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria.
(2) The User's personal data may be used for identification and for communication in connection with enquiries made or job applications submitted, provision of advertising content adapted to the User's interests, sending a Newsletter where the User has given consent to receive one, statistical information on the use of the Website, protection of the information security of the Website, accounting purposes in connection with the use of the Provider's services, and ensuring the provision of the Provider's services.
(3) The Provider does not use or process personal data of the User which reveal racial or ethnic origin, which relate to the User's health, sex life or human genome, or which relate to political, religious or philosophical beliefs or affiliations.
