Processing - certification of processed organic products
From small family workshops to production lines - we certify the processing of organic raw materials into food, beverages, feed and organic wine.
Ingredients
At least 95% of the agricultural ingredients must be organic for the product to be sold as "organic".
What we certify
Processing, packaging and labelling of organic products - drying, distillation of essential oils, production of juices, dairy and meat products, bakery products, wine and more.
Additives
Only those authorised for organic processing in Regulation (EU) 2021/1165.
Parallel processing
Allowed with separation in time or space and documented cleaning between batches.
What is inspected
Receipt of raw materials, production, packaging, storage, recipes, batch records, cleaning, labels.
Label
The EU organic logo, the code BG-BIO-02 and the origin of the raw materials ("EU Agriculture / non-EU Agriculture"). We review your labels before printing.
Price
Annual fee and an hourly rate for control. All prices are in our price list.
Private standards
Bio Suisse, KRAV verification and NOP export certificates for the USA.
